I am happy to take back an item if you don’t love it! All exchanges MUST be postmarked (or dropped off to me) within 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT (based on the tracking information provided by USPS). This is because I need to keep my inventory fresh and seasonal!
For returns of Lularoe clothing, the tags must still be attached, and the item must be UNWORN, and free from any ODORS (perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke), STAINS (makeup, etc), or PET HAIR (my family members & many of my customers are allergic). If I receive the item and it is not in sellable condition, I will contact you. I appreciate your honesty and cooperation.
For returns of accessories, the piece must be unused and in brand new condition.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. After the item has been inspected, you will receive credit for the amount of the item that you exchange. In the very rare case of a defective item, please contact me directly to let me know. I am happy to pay for the return shipping as well as refund the shipping you already paid.
To exchange an item:
1) For clothing, doublecheck that the TAGS are still attached, and the item is UNWORN, and free from any ODORS or STAINS. The item must also be free from PET HAIR, as my family members are allergic to cats & dogs, as are many of my customers who may receive the item in the future. For returns of accessories, the piece must be unused and in brand new condition. If I receive the item and it is not in sellable condition, I will contact you. I appreciate your honesty and cooperation.
2) Your item must be shipped within 3 DAYS of receiving it (this will be verified by the postmark date). Or, you can drop the item off to me within 3 days of receiving it if you are local. You can find my mailing address at the top of any email invoice/receipt from me. I strongly recommend you send your package with tracking information, just as I send your items with tracking information, as I cannot be responsible for lost exchanges.
3) For clothing items, after the item has been inspected and approved, you will automatically receive store credit for the amount of the item that you exchange. Please inform me when you would like to apply your credit (at the time of the claim, not after the new invoice is already sent). If you would prefer a refund, please contact me and let me know. For accessories, after the item has been inspected and approved, you will automatically receive a refund. Please allow up to 5 days for your financial institution to process these funds.
